The villa boasts a spacious living room with a smart TV and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and socializing. There's a dining room that seats up to ten guests, and a laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils for your convenience. All rooms are equipped with remote control air conditioning and ceiling fans, and blinds for ultimate comfort and privacy. 

The outdoor terrace is shaded by an automatic awning, creating a perfect lounge area with a comfortable sofa set and a dining table for relaxing outdoor meals. Step outside to discover a stunning 12-meter long swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging by the water. Three exotic reed parasols and four comfortable sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the shade or soaking up the sun.

The outdoor barbecue area includes a kitchen, fridge, freezers, sink, stoves, and a bar area, ideal for al fresco drinking, cooking and entertaining. You'll also find an outdoor bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a convenient open shower to rinse off after and before a swim. For your convenience, the villa has a private parking space with an automatic door, accommodating up to three cars, along with ample outdoor parking space. The property is fully enclosed with an automatic entrance gate, ensuring privacy and security. Surrounding the villa, you'll find lush palm and fruit trees and a charming olive tree, creating a serene and picturesque environment. This villa offers the perfect blend of mediterranean style, privacy, and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Guests can enter the property either by car through the automatic parking gate or by foot via the dedicated pedestrian door entrance. 

A secure lockbox is available for key access, allowing guests to check in at their convenience. The lockbox code will be shared 48 hours before check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival.

IMPORTANT : 

- A mandatory  cleaning fee of €200 is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately prior to check in.

-A €500 damage deposit will be charged one week before arrival and reimbursed one week after check-out, subject to a property inspection. 

-In compliance with Spanish law, all guests aged 14+ must provide a copy of their ID or passport at least 2 days before arrival. 

Failure to provide the deposit or required documentation will result in denied check-in.
